Healthier Muesli - A Better Breakfast

You may not know this but most of the 'healthy' granola and muesli is not exactly that. They often contain a boatload of sugar and are not the great option that you think they are.

The big problem here that starting your day with a sugary meal means that you're much more likely to crave (and cave into eating) more sugar throughout the day. As you can imagine, this is far from ideal when trying to get leaner and lose weight. It is also very sub-optimal on the health front too.
